Incredible view from the hotel, fresh air in the morning, and an extensive garden with comfortable seating. The location was ideal, with convenient and ample parking. The pool and outdoor jacuzzi looked great, even though I did not try them. The bar lounge had a stylish and welcoming feel to it. Checking in and out was very quick and efficient.
The pillows weren't the most comfortable, and I experienced some neck pain, which detracted from my sleep quality. There were not many other things that I did not like about my experience.

The surroundings were stunning and there were plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy. the food was delicious and the waitstaff were attentive and friendly. the spa offered a variety of treatments and the massage I had was excellent. I also liked the fact that the hotel had bikes available to rent, which we used to explore the area.
The rooms were outdated and in need of renovation. the beds were uncomfortable and the pillows flat.

We recently stayed at this amazing hotel for our honeymoon and were pleasantly surprised by the upgrade to a panorama suite. The wellness facilities, including the outdoor pool and sauna area, were absolutely amazing. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had everything we needed to start our relaxing mornings. The location of the hotel was perfect, with beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were incredibly welcoming and gave us great recommendations for local restaurants. it was a fantastic experience and we would love to come back in the future.
There's really nothing negative to say about this place. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I loved the convenient location of this hotel. It was within walking distance to the ski lifts and also easily accessible via local transport. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a spacious and well-maintained spa area with both indoor and outdoor pools. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel at home during my stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive, with my room being cozy and spotless. Lastly, I have to mention the delicious breakfast. The variety of food options was impressive and it tasted even better!
Nothing to mention.

Located in the heart of Puster valley, this hotel offers easy access to local transportation. the gondola is just a 2-3 minute drive away, and the slopes are really close. the staff are friendly and the breakfast is great. Rooms are clean and cozy with free access to the hotel's wellness area.
One downside is that the evening meals can be a little repetitive, with minimal variety in the menu.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
